Southern Pine Electric

The building utilizes a steel structure with concrete foundations, including retaining walls for exterior planter boxes. The Corporate Headquarters Building features offices, assembly areas, training areas, vaults, and an atrium with a floating staircase. The approximately 3,200 ft² covered canopy provides a covered patio, outdoor grilling area, golf cart housing, and walkways connecting to the remainder of the campus.
