Barringer Senior Center

This +55-age condominium community consists of a wood-framed four-story building on top of a precast concrete podium frame. The podium system utilizes Peikko’s DELTABEAM® Slim Floor Structure that allows height clearance limitations to be achieved at the below-ground parking level. Other unique elements incorporated into this design were retaining walls combined with exterior planter boxes, a lobby, an exercise/aquatic room with an indoor pool, multiple rooftop deck areas, open-air porches, and individual condos.
